Slime is still in, right? During down time or rainy days, making slime is what we like to do. This slime recipe is so easy your kids will love being able to help you.
During holidays we love making slime with the different themes. So, with 4th of July coming up, I had to run to Michael’s and gather up some supplies.
This easy slime for kids, in my opinion, is to pick up the glue and magical liquid for this slime recipe. For 4th of July, we also opted for a simple version of the slime and stuck with plastic red and blue stars. It is completely optional if you decide to add food coloring or glitter.
For this slime, we mixed 1/4 c of the magical liquid with a 20 oz bottle of your basic white Elmer glue with a Popsicle stick. Then we tossed in a small handful of the stars and stirred it up.
Easy, peasy. Fun, messy, and a great time to teach the kiddos how to measure!
